Foxx and Rabbitt got married back in October and have finally taken some time to go on their honeymoon 🎉🌴

Since we will be out of town celebrating our marriage, orders placed after 11:59PM EST on February 7th 2025 will not ship until our return on February 19th. We will also be unable to respond to order inquires until after our return as well. We will ship orders placed between Feb 7th to Feb 18th in the order in which they come in upon our return under our usual “3-7 day” with shipping starting on the 19th. the 17th is also a federal holiday. That means: if you place an order on Feb 8th for instance, it will ship 2-7 days after the 18th Approximately a 10-17 day lead time.

We ask your for your patience over the next week and please understand that you will receive tracking as soon as we return from our trip! We will not be responding to any “when ship” type responses while we are out of town.

Further, if you have any product questions, concerns, or need assistance with an order while we are out of town, we ask that you reach out via our discord community: https://www.discord.gg/rabbit-labs/ and create a ticket / ask in our #user-help channel.

For Lost / Damaged orders – Please use ROUTE shipping protection (if you purchased it) to file a claim and it will be taken care of in our absence. We cannot offer any assistance for lost, damaged, or stolen packages while out of town, but ROUTE will be providing shipping support during our vacation if it was purchased during checkout. If you did NOT purchase the ROUTE shipping protection – you will need to wait until our return on Feb 19th for us to ship a replacement or refund.
We ship our packages fully insured, so there is never anything to worry about 💖.
