Once an order is marked as “shipped” and a tracking number is provided, it cannot be canceled.
Unwanted parcels can be sent back, minus shipping costs for a refund given the package remains unopened.
Any packages refused or “returned to sender” will not be eligible for reimbursement
Carriers charge hefty fines ($80-$400) for returned shipments and may result in a complete ban from being able to purchase in the future up to our discretion.
Packages that have been opened after being received cannot be returned.
We do NOT offer refunds due to “Buyer’s Remorse”.
