Welcome to Rabbit-Labs. By accessing or using our website at https://rabbit-labs.com and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Terms
Rabbit-Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an e-commerce business specializing in high-quality electronics, including Flipper Zero GPIO boards, STEM learning kits, and security research tools. These terms govern your use of our website and purchase of our products.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent, and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
2. Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods such as Amazon Pay, and Crypto as displayed at checkout through our secure payment processor.
Payment Processing
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
- Payment is due in full at the time of order placement
- Orders are processed only after payment authorization is confirmed
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity
Pricing
- Product prices range on average from $40–$150 for standard items, with specialized equipment (such as HackRF devices) priced at $300–$350
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be added at checkout
3. Refund and Return Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from when an order is placed, not when the item arrives. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for your item. We suggest testing your items as soon as they are received and reaching out to us at support@rabbit-labs.com if there are any signs of shipping damage or items arriving “DOA” (Dead on Arrival).
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
- The shipping container/box/envelope must remain sealed and unopened to qualify for a full refund
- We may request pictures, videos, and possibly troubleshooting to determine if a full refund and/or replacement can be issued
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:
- Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use or wear
- Items where the original packaging has been opened
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any return due to buyer’s remorse or if the item has signs of use, wear, or if the original packaging has been opened
- Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE
Refund Process
- Contact us at support@rabbit-labs.com to initiate a return
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-7 business days, dependent on your bank
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at our discretion. In some cases, if a product is considered “DOA” or damaged in transit, we may at our discretion not require a return of the item and a replacement will be sent.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@rabbit-labs.com
4. Buyer’s Remorse and Restocking Fees
Buyer’s Remorse: If you change your mind about a purchase for any reason unrelated to product defects or errors on our part (commonly known as “buyer’s remorse”), you may return the item(s) within thirty (30) days of order placement, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Restocking Fee for Opened Items: A mandatory twenty percent (20%) restocking fee will be applied to all returns due to buyer’s remorse where the product packaging has been opened, tampered with, or the product has been used or tested. This fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned merchandise, as well as the diminished resale value of opened items. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Unopened Items: Returns of unopened items in original, sealed packaging may be eligible for a full refund minus original shipping costs, provided the return is initiated within thirty (30) days of order placement and the item is returned in brand-new, resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return under any buyer’s remorse scenario:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during promotional sales
- Digital products, downloadable software, or license keys
- Gift cards or store credit
- Custom-made or specially ordered items
- Items that have been modified, damaged, or altered by the customer
Return Authorization Required: All returns must be pre-authorized by Rabbit-Labs. You must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
Condition Requirements: Returned items must be in their original condition with all included accessories, manuals, cables, and packaging materials. Items returned incomplete, damaged due to customer handling, or missing components may be subject to additional deductions beyond the standard restocking fee, or may be refused entirely.
5. Right to Refuse Service
Rabbit-Labs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We are committed to maintaining the integrity of our business and protecting our community. Orders suspected of fraudulent activity will be cancelled immediately, and the associated customer information may be added to our ban list to prevent future purchases. Additionally, we reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or that appear to violate these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.
6. Delivery and Shipping
Processing Time
All orders have an average 3-5 business day handling time. While some orders may ship within 1-2 days, the usual delay to receive tracking is 3-5 business days. The shipping times below are the time it will take to arrive once it is marked as picked up by the carrier, NOT from when you placed the order. All Shipping times are ESTIMATES and are in no way guaranteed by Rabbit-Labs.
Domestic Shipments (USA, Puerto Rico, US Territories)
RL Economy (5-12 business days): Best-effort service using ShipX Logistics, Amazon Logistics, or Sendle Saver
RL Standard (3-7 business days): Fastest available from UPS SurePost, FedEx SmartPost, FedEx Express Saver, UPS 3-Day Saver, or USPS Priority Mail (for P.O. Boxes, HI/AK, and APO/FPO/DPO)
RL Expedited (2-3 business days): FedEx 2-Day Express, UPS 2-3 Day Air, or Sendle 3 Day Guaranteed
RL Expedited Plus (1-2 business days): FedEx Overnight, UPS Next-Day Air Saver, or Sendle 2 Day Guaranteed
Note: Not all options are available to all states. Certain zip codes are blocked due to high-crime and/or package theft, and economy/standard options may be unavailable.
International Shipments
We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. All shipment times are estimates based on historical data, not guarantees.
Countries We Do NOT Ship To: Belarus, Central African Republic, China, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falkland Islands, Guinea-Bissau, Hong Kong, Iran, Kiribati, Mayotte, Myanmar, Nauru, Niue, North Korea, Russia, Sao Tome and Principe, Saint Helena, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tokelau, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Turkey, Venezuela, Yemen. Due to ongoing conflicts, certain Russian-occupied regions in Ukraine are also excluded.
RL International Economy: Low-cost options including Aramex International Express (7-14 days), GlobalPost (5-21 days), USPS International First Class (20-30 days), OrangeDS (12-25 days), Passport (15-40 days), APG Australia (10-25 days), Bringer South America (30-40 days), SkyPostal South America (21-40 days)
RL International Expedited: FedEx International Connect Plus (3-7 days), UPS Worldwide Express (3-7 days, not to Canada), FedEx International Priority (2-4 days), FedEx International Priority Express (1-2 days), DHL Worldwide Express (1-3 days)
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Please write your RMA Number clearly on the box. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item, and refunds will not be provided for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Reshippers / Freight Forwarders / Package Forwarding Services
Rabbit-Labs does not support shipments intended for reshipping services, freight forwarders, package forwarding companies, consolidation services, or similar third parties (“Forwarders”).
- If we identify or reasonably suspect that an order is addressed to, routed through, or intended for a Forwarder, we may place the order on hold and request additional information before shipment, including an acknowledgement of risk and compliance information described below.
- Acknowledgement required: Before we ship any order associated with a Forwarder, you must confirm in writing that you understand and accept all risks of using a Forwarder, including loss, theft, damage, tampering, delays, missing items, and customs issues.
- KYC / Ultimate Consignee information required: Before shipment, we may require you to provide information necessary for export compliance and fraud prevention, which may include:
- The ultimate consignee’s full legal name (recipient overseas)
- The ultimate consignee’s complete overseas address (not the Forwarder address)
- The ultimate consignee’s contact information (email and/or phone)
- A brief statement of the intended end use and confirmation the products will not be diverted contrary to law
- If you do not provide the requested acknowledgement and compliance information within 3 business days, we may cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
- Final delivery / no responsibility after Forwarder delivery: If we ship an order that involves a Forwarder (including at your request), delivery to the Forwarder (as shown by carrier tracking/proof of delivery) will be treated as final delivery to you. Rabbit-Labs will not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, delay, missing items, or other issues occurring after delivery to the Forwarder.
- No replacements for “delivered” shipments to Forwarders: Orders delivered to Forwarders are not eligible for replacement or refund due to “missing package,” “stolen package,” “damaged after delivery,” or similar claims occurring after delivery confirmation.
- We do not alter customs values, mark shipments as gifts, or otherwise falsify customs documentation. Requests to do so will be denied and may result in order cancellation.
7. User Responsibilities
By using our website and products, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration and checkout
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use our products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use our products for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
- Not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our proprietary designs without permission
- Respect intellectual property rights and trademarks
Security Research Tools
Many of our products are designed for security research, penetration testing, and educational purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws and regulations.
Illegal Use of Products:
Rabbit-Labs products are sold strictly for educational purposes, security research, authorized penetration testing, and lawful experimentation only. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that you will use them only in compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations. Rabbit-Labs expressly disclaims any and all liability for illegal, unauthorized, or malicious use of our products. You assume full responsibility for ensuring that your use of any Rabbit-Labs product complies with all applicable laws. Any use of our products to compromise, access, or interfere with systems, networks, or devices without explicit authorization is strictly prohibited and is the sole responsibility of the user. Rabbit-Labs will cooperate fully with law enforcement in any investigation of illegal activity involving our products.
8. Limitation of Liability
Product Use
Our products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that products will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error-free.
Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rabbit-Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our products
- Unauthorized access to your data or communications
- Any conduct or content of third parties
- Any defects, viruses, or harmful components in our products
Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
Without limiting the foregoing, Rabbit-Labs is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from or related to the use of a Forwarder or any re-shipment after confirmed delivery to the Forwarder.
Exceptions
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Rabbit-Labs and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, New Jersey. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our website address is https://rabbit-labs.com. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Comments and User Content
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
We use cookies to enhance your browsing experience. If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies for your convenience. These cookies will last for one year. When you log in, we will set up several cookies to save your login information and screen display choices.
Data Retention and Rights
For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Data Sharing
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
12. Warranty Coverage for EU and Additional Countries
European Union Customers: For customers located in the European Union, in addition to the warranty terms stated above, you are entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity under EU Directive 1999/44/EC (Consumer Sales Directive) and subsequent national implementations. Under this guarantee, if goods are defective or do not conform to the contract at the time of delivery, you have the right to request repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination within a period of at least two (2) years from the date of delivery. Any contractual warranty provided by Rabbit-Labs is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.
Spain, Portugal, and Sweden: For customers located in Spain, Portugal, or Sweden, you are entitled to enhanced consumer protection under your respective national consumer protection laws, which may provide for extended warranty periods and additional remedies beyond the standard EU guarantee. In Spain, the legal guarantee period is three (3) years for durable goods. In Portugal and Sweden, consumers have the right to claim defects discovered within two (2) years of delivery, with a presumption that defects appearing within the first six (6) months existed at the time of delivery. Rabbit-Labs will honor all warranty claims in accordance with these national requirements.
United Kingdom and Northern Ireland: For customers located in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, you are entitled to statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Under this Act, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. You have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund, and the right to repair or replacement within six (6) months of purchase. After six months, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, or partial refund if you can demonstrate the fault was present at the time of purchase. These statutory rights are in addition to any warranty provided by Rabbit-Labs.
Important Notice: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under EU law, Spanish law, Portuguese law, Swedish law, UK law, or the laws of any other jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or limited by contract. Where local consumer protection laws provide greater rights than those stated herein, those local laws shall prevail.
13. Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our website immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
16. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rabbit-Labs.
