Rabbit-Labs products are intended for educational, research, and lawful use. Many products are designed for electronics learning, prototyping, RF experimentation, and security research.

You agree that you will:

Use products only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Use products only on systems and devices you own or have explicit permission to test
Follow all instructions, warnings, and best practices provided by Rabbit-Labs and component manufacturers

Rabbit-Labs is not responsible for:

Illegal, unauthorized, or improper use of any product
Damage to devices, systems, networks, or property resulting from use or misuse
Data loss, loss of profits, loss of business, or other indirect or consequential damages

RF, Antennas, and Regulatory Compliance

Some products may transmit, amplify, or interact with radio frequency (RF) signals. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with local laws and regulations (including licensing requirements where applicable). Using incompatible antennas, amplifiers, or configurations may be illegal and may damage equipment.

High-Risk Activities

Rabbit-Labs products are not designed, manufactured, or intended for use in hazardous environments or high-risk activities where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or severe property or environmental damage (including life-support systems, medical devices, aviation, nuclear facilities, or critical infrastructure).

Battery and Power Safety

Some products may include or be used with batteries and/or external power sources.

Use only compatible batteries and power supplies.
Do not short-circuit, puncture, crush, overcharge, or expose batteries to heat or water.
Stop use immediately if you observe swelling, overheating, smoke, odor, or leakage.

Button/Coin Cell Battery Warning (Reese’s Law / Child Safety)

Some Rabbit-Labs products may be compatible with button/coin cell batteries, and button/coin cell batteries may also be purchased separately.
Button/coin cell batteries are hazardous if swallowed and can cause severe injury or death.
Keep new and used batteries out of reach of children. If you suspect a battery has been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention.
Some products may have user-accessible battery compartments. Do not allow children to access the battery compartment. Do not use the product if the battery compartment does not close securely.
Dispose of used batteries promptly and safely in accordance with local regulations.

Age and Supervision

Products may contain small parts and are not intended for young children. Adult supervision is recommended for minors.
