The Custom PermaMark™ Decal takes whatever you feed it (logo, glyph, callsign, sticker-bomb fodder, that cursed PNG you made at 3AM) and forges it into a full-color die-cut transfer decal that bonds to damn near any smooth surface and flat-out refuses to quit.
Water-resistant. UV-proof. Sun, rain, and daily abuse bounce right off. Slap one on your laptop lid, your toolbox, your Flipper case, your bench rig, your travel mug, your window: if the surface is smooth, the PermaMark™ wants it.
Every PermaMark™ run is built to order from your file. Lock your size, set your marks-per-sheet, upload your artwork, and you get a digital proof back before a single decal touches the press. Nothing prints until you give the green light. No surprises, no smoke and mirrors, no “well that ain’t what I ordered.” You approve it, then we forge it. That is the whole deal.
This is one of the most flexible ways to get your own design onto the PermaMark™ platform: same durable transfer tech as our ChromeRabbit™ and RL Classic decals, except the artwork is 100% yours.
What It Is / What It Is Not
- IS: a custom-printed, water-resistant, UV-proof die-cut transfer decal, made to order from your uploaded artwork, in the size and sheet count you choose.
- IS NOT: a pre-cut vinyl sticker, a peel-and-restick “temporary” sticker, or a guaranteed pixel-match to the colors on your monitor. Screens lie (see The Debug Log).
The README :: Instructions for Use
- Clean and fully dry the target surface. No grease, no dust, no residue.
- Separate the decal from its backing plastic.
- Lay the decal onto the surface, working from one edge to push out air as you go.
- Smooth it down firmly with a credit card or squeegee, center first, then out to the edges.
- Peel the clear transfer tape away slowly, at a low angle close to the surface.
- Let it set for 24 hours before heavy water exposure for the strongest bond.
The Debug Log :: Troubleshooting
- Air bubbles trapped under the decal: lift the nearest edge and re-smooth from the center outward with your card. Pinhole bubbles often self-release within a day or two.
- Edges lifting after application: the surface was not fully clean and dry, or it is textured. Re-clean, dry, and press firmly. PermaMark™ bonds best to smooth, non-porous surfaces.
- Colors look different than they did on screen: monitors throw backlit RGB light, print reflects CMYK ink. Minor shifts are normal and are not a defect. Your approved proof is the reference, not your display.
- Transfer tape is pulling the decal back up: you peeled too fast or at too steep an angle. Lay it back down, re-smooth, and peel slow and low.
Warnings & Hazards
- Small parts. Not a toy. Keep decals and backing material away from small children and pets.
- For decorative surface application only. Do not apply to skin, to food-contact surfaces, or to anything exposed to direct flame or extreme heat.
- The adhesive is designed for long-term hold. Removal from painted surfaces, delicate finishes, or screens may leave residue or lift the underlying finish. Test your placement before committing.

- You are responsible for the artwork you upload. By ordering, you confirm that you own the rights to the image or have explicit written permission to reproduce it. Orders submitted with infringing artwork may be cancelled without refund.
- Every upload is screened for illegal content. Any image depicting the sexual exploitation of minors (CSAM) or other illegal material will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org and to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. Flagged files are preserved in full and turned over to investigators, never deleted.
